JW Lemons
Vice President of Sales
JW has over 30 years experience in water, watersheds, irrigation technology, erosion and sediment control, water delivery systems, and site restoration. Starting with field experience in the U.S. Army Engineers and then the United States Department of Agriculture Soil Conservation Service, JW was consulting on water and its impact on soil long before most people ever heard of a "BMP." From preparing Environmental Impact Statements for the Bureau of Reclamation, to advising national builders on the most effective BMP to meet the strictest erosion control standards, he is knowledgeable from both perspectives - enforcement and compliance. JW brings years of experience teaching outdoors, in classrooms, seminars and trade shows, from British Columbia, Canada, to Chile, South America to your local business. He believes training people - your employees and your subs - to understand stormwater management is a great place to start your compliance. |

With over twenty years in the real estate industry, Rebecca has extensive experience in the acquisition, sale, and development of property. A licensed attorney in Washington, California, and Texas, she has counseled developers in dealing with cities, and counseled cities in dealing with developers, giving her a unique perspective on both enforcement and compliance. As an attorney, she is a stickler for detail, and an adherent to jurisdictional code. As a former city consultant, she’s all too familiar with enforcement efforts. As a former Land Acquisition Manager, she has an understanding of, and empathy for, time constraints and the necessity of deliveries for builders. |
